Is it allowed to let someone else use my trading account?

No. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

Can I change my account type, currency, or platform?

Existing account settings cannot be changed. However, you can open a new trading account with your preferred currency, account type, or platform in the Personal area.

Can I have more than one profile?

No. Each client can have only one verified profile. However, you can open multiple trading accounts under your verified profile.

How do I update my personal information?

To update your personal information, please get in touch with our Client support team and it will guide you through this process.

How do I update my registered email or phone number?

For security reasons, changes to personal details must be requested through our Clients support team. Get in touch with us and we will guide you through this process.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot your password?" on the Personal area login page, then choose between signing in with a verification link (we will send a one-time link on your email and your password won't change) or resetting your password entirely.

How do I log in to the Personal area?

Use your registered email address and password to log in to the Born2trade Personal area or mobile app. If you forget your password, click "Forgot password" on the login page to reset it.
